This class covers basic fundamentals.

Participants will learn the basics of the aerial hammock, inversions, vocabulary, as well as basic tricks. It is designed for people with little or no aerial silks experience. 

These classes include elements of stretching, strengthening, and balance.

This class is appropriate for beginners.



All class passes expire at the end on the month & do not transfer to future months



Students must be 16 years of age or older.

No refunds will be given if not attended. We do not offer refunds for purchases.
