Emily, has over 20 years of experience studying and teaching various fitness modalities such as Pilates, yoga, calisthenics, weight lifting, and many styles of group exercise and cardiovascular activities....including over 14 years of training and teaching aerial.
She earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from Portland State University, and completed teaching certifications in Aerial Physique Aerial Silks Teacher Training, Aircat Aerial Yoga, RYT 200-hour Power Yoga, STOTT Pilates - Injuries and Special Populations Rehabilitation, and ACSM Exercise Physiologist, among others.
Her clients include people of all ages and fitness levels, as well as persons with physical limitations and injuries.
She loves helping her clients find the best activities and programs to fit their goals.
